Grille Replacement Kits

Component speakers offer superior sound by distributing low and high frequencies to separate mid-woofers and tweeters. Inspired design and quality workmanship are what differentiate JL Audio component speakers from the rest. JL Audio woofer cones are made of injection-molded, mica-filled polypropylene and are DMA-optimized, with long-excursion designs for enhanced output, bass extension and power handling. JL Audio component systems feature high-efficiency tweeters with neodymium motor systems, one inch treated silk domes specially formulated to withstand UV and salt-spray exposure, ferrofluid cooled and damped motors for improved response and power handling, and UV-resistant Centrex® polymer housings. For total installation flexibility, both surface and flush-mounting tweeter fixtures are included with the component models.

Specifically optimized models are available for cockpit panel-mounting (M770-CCS) and small enclosure mounting (M770-TCS) to ensure superior bass performance in each application. JL Audio 7.7” component speakers are available in the classic grille (CG) and sport grille (SG) designs. Grilles are available in two colors: titanium black (TB) and white (WH).
